Happy Friday! The best day of the work week (in my opinion, anyway) is finally here. Check out the interesting stuff I found for you this week.. and prepare to sing-a-long with Josh Groban and Kelly Clarkson. 🙂
1) Prepare to hear some new dimensions to Kelly Clarkson\’s voice in this duet with Josh Groban. I never would have thought of \”All I Ask of You\” from Phantom of the Opera for her voice (Sarah Brightman is a hard act to follow) but it is amazing. I have chills! (Oh, and Josh is good, too, of course.) I wonder if this track will be making an appearance at wedding receptions.
2) A new book claims to know the identity of the real-life Mr. Darcy. I tend to think that Darcy is probably based on a conglomeration of several people whom Austen knew. What do you think?
3) In what could very well be a sequel to If You Give a Pig a Pancake, a Chernobyl fox made his own sandwich. I knew that foxes were intelligent animals but I had not idea exactly how intelligent. What a clever creature!
4) These Pecorino, Garlic and Herb Scones are on my list. They look delicious and I\’m always a sucker for scones. Yum!
5) It\’s easy to see the number of resumes that Delta receives increasing as I type. The airline has announced that Zac Posen will be designing new uniforms for flight attendants and airport customer service agents. I can\’t wait to see what he creates!
