Today I am thankful for: The legacies of my grandmothers.
It is an honor to be a part of a family of strong, capable women. They are an example to me in their work ethics and how to keep going through adversity. My paternal grandmother managed to have a career and a family. My maternal grandmother was known for her graciousness and her wonderful skill in the kitchen. (Most of my holiday recipes come from her!) Incredible legacies!
