Happy Friday! Hope everyone had a really good week. Although it does seem high time that we had another three-day weekend, doesn\’t it? Who wants to start the petition? No takers? Okay, how about we console ourselves with another \”5 Things\” while we wait for Memorial Day? 🙂
1) Apparently, this gorgeous video has been on YouTube for quite some time but it only just came to my attention. And brought me to tears… it\’s that beautiful! The music is from the French film Amelie (I don\’t recommend the film itself but the soundtrack is exceptional) and played by a street performer while the woman is encouraged to dance along. You\’ll want to watch this one a couple of times!
2) Okay, you may have seen this floating around the web this week but isn\’t the \”Bear Right\” video worth a second (or 10th) view? Adorable!! (Poor Austin! I hope they got him some ice cream at the zoo!)
3) These veggie cakes look pretty, darn delicious. Wouldn\’t it be fun to serve one of these babies at a dinner party? I\’d certainly like to give it a try!
4) Yes, I know I\’m a dork but I love The Tonight Show\’s \”Popular Mathematics\” segments. Just try to keep the giggling to a minimum if you\’re watching this one at work! 🙂
5) Lastly, The Princess Bride is now available on Netflix! Need I say more? I didn\’t think so! 🙂
