Happy Friday! I hope you all had a good week! The weather is warming up nicely here in the Duke City and the last few days have been particularly beautiful. (Loving this weather!) We\’ll have to see how quickly things get scorching hot. But until then, how about checking out \”5 Things?\”
1) BuzzFeed\’s \”Try Guys\” really outdid themselves in this installment. They gave stepping the old college try and did an excellent job. Check out the cool dancing. Warning: The Try Guys can be a little vulgar sometimes but the overall effect is really great.
2) There is this incredible restaurant in Albuquerque called Joe\’s Pasta House (if you\’re ever in town, it\’s a must!) that serves one, amazing Ziti Florentina. The best I\’ve ever had, in fact. But there are times when I\’m trying to behave myself and want to eat ziti at home. That\’s where Ree Drummond\’s Chicken Florentine Pasta makes a passable substitute. (As passable as I can make at home… Joe\’s is still levels above my cooking ability.) Highly recommended!
3) I know I\’ve probably plugged these before but I only just reconnected with Trader Joe\’s Dark Chocolate Covered Cranberries. If you haven\’t tried them, yet, it\’s totally worth the calories. Warning: These are a tad addictive!
4) HGTV.com is giving away another beautiful house. You can enter twice a day here. Just promise me you\’ll let me come visit if you win! 🙂
