Title: How Sarah Got Her Wings (2015)
Synopsis: Sarah is struck by a bus while trying to save a homeless man\’s dog. But when she gets to Heaven she learns her work on Earth is not yet done. Sarah is sent back to help her ex-boyfriend get his life together a la A Christmas Carol (she\’s a ghost that only he can see) before she can go to Heaven.
Why You Should Watch: This one is actually quite funny. There\’s an \”all dogs go to heaven\” joke and a Steve Jobs reference that tickled my funny bone. The child actor in the film is also adorable and there are a lot of dynamic character improvements for the good. Awesome! It\’s a cute movie that makes you glad that\’s not how Heaven \”works.\”
