Good morning! Recently, my sister, cousins and I had our annual cookie-baking extravaganza. We cut out sugar cookies and stirred oatmeal cookies to Frank Sinatra on the stereo. (Nobody beats Sinatra!)
This year we also experimented with a new cookie recipe: Bocconotti. The lemon zest paired with chocolate and jam (we used cherry) turned out to be a winning combination. If you decide to try this recipe, you should keep in mind that it will be a sticky dough but the results are exceptional. I\’ll be adding Bocconotti to the roster for next year\’s baking, too.Â
