5 Things: Weird selfie dance edition

Happy Friday and Happy Summer! Hope you all had as great a week a Waffle House hero James Shaw Jr. It makes me wonder where he\’ll keep the award… maybe take his cue from Kate Winslet? Meanwhile, in the Land of Enchantment, it is hot, hot, hot! We\’re just enduring as we wait for the monsoon season to arrive. But, it\’s Friday! Time to check out another \”5 Things\” and wonder why you weren\’t invited to somewhere in Toronto for a sing-a-long…

1) What happens when you take Choir! Choir! Choir! and add Rick Astly? Well, this pretty awesome rendition of  \”Never Gonna Give You Up\” is the sum. Can I just add that Rick Astly\’s live singing voice is still exceptional?

2) You don\’t need to know a lot about soccer (um, football) to know that this running commentary of the England/Tunisia game is hilarious. And what a relief to know the players didn\’t need to spruce up their hair mid-game!

3) It\’s official: \”Business Cards Aren\’t Dead, They\’re Just Getting Weirder.\” There are some really creative business cards out there…

4) Watch as a dance company puts a new spin on Swan Lake\’s \”Dance of the Little Swans.\” Very clever and amusing!

5) Yesterday was National Selfie Day and my office celebrated by taking some colorful selfies with crazy hats and props. Did you know, though, that the very first selfie was taken in 1839?

Okay, that\’s all for now. Have a wonderful weekend, everyone, and stay cool!
