Good morning! It is Friday, the most wonderful day of the work week. Although \”5 Things\” is on hiatus until 2019 (that sounds so far away and yet so close!), I hope you\’ll find some amusement in something from a very old book.
Today\’s poem comes from a book called Maria\’s Christmas Annual: Being Some of the Incidents in that Lady\’s Life Which Have Earned Her the Commiseration of Her Fellow-Countrywomen from 1892. My! What a mouthful that title is!
