Good morning! Hope everyone is doing well so far as we creep ever-closer to Friday.
Tonight the Jewish holiday of Chanukah begins at sundown. As a child, my elementary school made sure that we sang both Christmas and Chanukah songs including the hauntingly beautiful \”In the Window\” that has stuck with me all these years. (Yes, we also sang \”Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel.\”)
To honor the start of the eight-day \”Festival of Lights,\” enjoy comedian Ophira Eisenberg\’s tale of growing up Jewish but obsessed with Santa Claus. There\’s a funny twist at the end and her mother\’s explanations for who brings gifts to Jewish children is pricesless!
Have a wonderful day, everyone, and Happy Chanukah!
