Good morning!
The idea for this “advent calendar” was born from the fact that the last couple of years have just been pretty crummy. Yet, as I came to realize, there are some incredible blessings within that crumminess.
The fact that we live in the internet age comes to mind. Though, yes, a global pandemic is more disruptive than anything else most of us have experienced, it wasn’t as crippling as it could have been. We are still able to get our groceries, medications, and other necessities one way or another. We can still keep in contact with loved ones and even see their faces. We can even reach out to our “neighbors” to check in or ask for help via social media.
Today, I am deeply grateful for the internet and technological advancements. What are you grateful for today?
