Good morning!
A set of Christmas records have been a family tradition since I was a child. Yes, actual records on a record player! We listen to them while decorating the tree or baking scads of sugar cookies. It’s a great time to sing-a-long or simply waltz around the kitchen to Liberace’s “Gesu Bambino.” (That song always gives me chills!) They’re more wonderful than any CD or MP3.
I love that music can bring people together. No matter how many times you’ve sung “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” it’s still meaningful with a group of loved ones. And no one cares if you’re a little pitchy or off-key.
