Good morning!
One of the neat things about growing up in my household was that we were encouraged to experience other cultures through their languages, food, and even film and TV. Our parents had the benefit of growing up in the “Melting Pot” of NYC and passed on a love of international cuisine and languages.
In addition to the full bellies and being mildly multi-lingual (Jack of many languages, master of few), this created a better understanding of culturally different neighbors as well as world events. I love having the mindset to accept and celebrate cultural differences and hope to pass this on to the next generation. People from around the country and the around the world are so delightfully diverse and unique!

Today I am grateful for a broader worldview as fostered by my parents. What are you thankful for today?
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
