Good morning and Happy Friday! Hope you all had a great week.
I love the below quote from The Count of Monte Cristo (one of my favorite books as well). It is so true that we often need to have experienced some level of hardship or deficit to truly appreciate many of our blessings. Remembering what it’s like to have not or to merely not have had a choice is can make a blessing so much more meaningful.

Today, I am thankful for the blessing of reliable transportation. I can vividly remember the days when I wasn’t certain whether my car would start or decide to stop working during my daily commute. I spent quite a bit of time sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck or someone to come and rescue me. What are you thankful for today?
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
