Welcome to the Eight Kingdoms
Far from the courts and cities, in a fortress of dark stone perched high above the world, young men and women are being trained for a war they do not yet understand.
Some will fight.
Some will fall.
And some, though they do not yet know it, will change everything.
This is their story.

Coming in 2027: The Eight Kingdoms Saga continues with ‘Daughter of Light!’
Ten years have passed since Princess Eyraleith Ravensbalde of Aglar trained at Black Castle War Academy and helped defeat the wizard BuMurain. The Eight Kingdoms have known relative peace and prosperity in this time and the battles of her youth are merely memories.
But peace in the Eight Kingdoms was never promised to last.
When rumors of war and a gathering threat summon Eyraleith and her former classmates back to Black Castle, they must reunite at the academy where their story began—and face a danger that may demand more from the Daughter of Light than ever before.
