Apparently, Tom Cruise sends this coconut cake to friends over the holidays. Emmy has, thankfully, tried it out for those of us who aren’t special enough to be on Tom’s gift list or want to drop $125 on cake. She also makes a copycat version. As a side note, I’m now thoroughly convinced that I talk in my sleep and that Google is always listening. I had a dream about Tom Cruise this week (we were in a dance competition together… long story) and then YouTube suggested that video.
